Our Projects: From Idea to Park Opening

Located within the large Coco Park complex in Saint-Avold, the Coco City area offers a unique play experience, entirely dedicated to role-play games. A true small-scale city for children, this space allows them to unleash their imagination by recreating the adult world in a 100% safe environment.

For this specific project, Play In Business designed and manufactured a custom themed village, including:

• Scripted occupation modules: Creation of small infrastructures representing everyday life locations (mini-supermarket, fire station, garage, hospital, etc.) for ultra-realistic role-playing games.

• Immersive settings: Meticulous work on theming, colors, and visual details of each cabin to stimulate awareness and interactivity.

• Adapted and secure design: Soft and robust materials designed for intensive use by young children, ensuring optimal safety during play sessions.

The creation of this “Role Play Village” perfectly illustrates the versatility of our design office, capable of creating educational and interactive environments that enhance the overall offering of a leisure park!

Located in Vauvert (near Nîmes), Circus Kids is a spectacular indoor play park entirely designed and fitted out by Play In Business. Immersed in the magical, colorful world of the circus, this leisure complex offers a fully immersive experience for children aged 0 to 12.

To meet operational needs and maximize the venue’s appeal, our design office structured the space into several distinct activity zones:

• An early-learning area (Toddler Zone): Dedicated to toddlers, it includes an adapted motor-skills course, mini slides, and a ball pit, ensuring safe learning.

• A giant tubular play structure: Designed for older children, it features a large obstacle course, multi-lane slides, a suspended mini football pitch, and a mini-kart track.

This project perfectly illustrates our ability to theme a play area from A to Z, creating a must-visit destination for family outings and the organization of high-traffic birthday parties.

Chibitopia: The perfect blend of an immersive mini role-play town and a giant play area

Located in Lingolsheim, near Strasbourg, Chibitopia is revolutionizing indoor leisure across 1,000 m². Play In Business designed a unique hybrid space: a miniature town dedicated to role-play, paired with an 8-metre-high tubular play structure.

An innovative concept focused on role-play

Chibitopia is not an ordinary play park. Here, the focus is on role-play and playful learning for children aged 0 to 10. We designed a real child-sized town featuring 6 full-scale immersive settings (hospital, garage, restaurant, supermarket, construction site, etc.). In these ultra-detailed spaces, children invent their own lives, and parents are invited to take an active part by playing customers or patients.

The Fire Station: A 3-level structure

To let off steam after role-play, the park’s central attraction is a gigantic tubular structure themed around a Fire Station. Play In Business made the most of the building’s volume by installing a 3-level module rising to 8 metres high. Slides, obstacle mazes and a huge ball pit allow children to assess risks and have fun in complete safety.

Exclusive areas: Snoezelen Room and The Bank

The customer experience is refined down to the smallest details. For toddlers, in addition to the classic motor-skills area, we created a dedicated “Snoezelen” room (Zen room) with soft lighting and varied textures for sensory development. For birthdays, the theming is total: the birthday child becomes the hero by entering “The Bank” vault room to discover a surprise adventure.

Located in Sélestat (Alsace), Cap2fun is a giant 2500 m² indoor leisure complex, whose activity areas were entirely designed, manufactured, and installed by Play In Business.

To meet the expectations of a very wide audience (from toddlers to young adults), our design office has developed distinct and ultra-secure zones:

• An “Enchanted Forest” Play Area (0-12 years old): An impressive 3-story tubular structure featuring monkey bridges, giant slides, and cabins. It is complemented by a psychomotor development Baby zone for 0-3 year olds.

• A 600 m² Trampoline Park (ages 7+): A sporty and fun area including a free jump zone (Main Court), a giant Airbag, a Dodgeball zone, and a Ninja course.

This ambitious project demonstrates Play In Business’s expertise in creating “turnkey” multi-activity parks, capable of attracting and retaining a family clientele throughout the day.

Located in Wittenheim (near Mulhouse), Big Little is an impressive 3,500 m² indoor leisure complex. For this major project, Play In Business was chosen to design, manufacture, and install the park’s main attractions, offering a complete experience for the whole family.

To optimize this XXL space, our design office developed two major play areas:

• A “Jungle” Playground (Kids Park): A huge 3-level tubular structure, fully themed. It offers a multitude of activities (slides, ball pits, obstacle courses) and includes a secure Baby Park for toddlers’ development.

• A 750 m² Trampoline Park: A high-performance jumping zone including a Main Court (free jump), a landing Airbag, trampoline basketball hoops, and interactive zones for older children.

The completion of Big Little illustrates our ability to support investors in creating high-capacity multi-activity parks, capable of centralizing complementary offerings (trampoline, playground) under one roof.

Located just 20 minutes from Strasbourg, BAX Bowling in Brumath is a massive 10,000 m² leisure complex featuring multiple activities (bowling, karting, laser tag…). To expand its offering to families with young children, the management called upon Play In Business to design and install its “Kids Park” area.

Our design office created a bright and colorful indoor playground, perfectly secure and dedicated to children up to 10 years old. This custom-made tubular structure includes:

• Obstacle courses, tunnels, and hiding places to stimulate motor skills.

• Multi-lane slides and ball pits within an immersive and playful setting.

• A floor-level early learning zone with foam modules for toddlers.

The completion of the Kids Park at BAX Bowling demonstrates our ability to support multi-leisure complexes in diversifying their revenue by creating dedicated children’s areas that allow parents to relax with peace of mind.

Located in Le Puy-en-Velay (Haute-Loire), Alti Arena is an innovative multi-activity indoor leisure center. To equip this dynamic space, the management entrusted Play In Business with the design and installation of its jumping and agility zones, intended for a very diverse audience, from children to adults.

Our design office created a tailor-made space combining thrills, sport, and safety across several zones:

• A complete Trampoline Park: Integrating a vast free-jumping zone (Main Court), trampoline basketball hoops, and a jump tower with a giant Airbag for safe landings.

• A Ninja Course: A unique physical and fun challenge in the region, composed of several modules to overcome, ideal for attracting young adults and teenagers.

• A Mini Jump area: A dedicated and secure trampoline zone for introducing toddlers (2 to 5 years old) to motor skills and balance.

The realization of Alti Arena’s structures illustrates Play In Business’s expertise in developing complex sports zones, perfectly meeting the expectations of a clientele seeking interactive experiences and self-challenge.

Discover Airjump Metz, a spectacular indoor leisure venue designed, manufactured, and installed by Play In Business. For this ambitious project, our design office optimized every square meter of the building to create an ultra-attractive, highly secure jumping area. This complex includes the best activities on the market to ensure maximum attendance: main jumping arena (Main Court), Dodgeball zones, foam pits, and sports courses. A turnkey project, combining custom design, strict compliance with ERP standards, and optimal profitability for our client.
